Premier Daniel Andrews has been shortlisted ahead of other leaders in Australia to receive a prestigious leadership award for his handling of the Covid-19 Pandemic.
To put this into perspective Victoria has had the most number of cases, deaths, human/civil rights violations and lockdowns in Australia under the Andrews administration.
Will his failures now be rewarded?
